We started in the fall of 1998 with a computer, a very well used 1974 Chevy van, and the idea that we could provide better service than everyone else.

Nicole had the office skills and set up the book-keeping and the customer contact program we still use today. We have computer records of every service we've performed from day one; this way you don't have to worry about lost receipts or give all your information every time you need help.

The well used van was secured by trading a VW Rabbit and $300 to a friend. My father and I got it in shape and painted it in his garage. Signs were added, and we had our start!

Nicole ran the office and I worked in the field. Nicole and I knew that if we constantly looked at our business from our customer's perspective we could offer you better service.
